Our team verifies every supplier through: (1) Business licence authentication with relevant authorities, (2) factory visit and production capacity assessment, (3) export credential verification, (4) reference checks with existing clients, and (5) sample quality testing. Verification happens before any deposit goes out.
Form M, Proforma Invoice, Bill of Lading or Airway Bill, PAAR, and Certificate of Origin are mandatory. SONCAP applies to SON-regulated goods (solar, electronics, automotive, building products). NAFDAC applies to food, drugs, cosmetics, chemicals.
