Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026. This policy explains what data eurovistatech.com collects, why, and the choices you have. EuroVista Dynamics (CAC 8855309) is the data controller. Questions: hi@eurovistatech.com.
What we collect and why
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Page views, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. Used to understand which content helps visitors. Google sets identifiers (cookies or similar) for this purpose.
- Usage insights (Microsoft Clarity). Anonymised interaction data such as scrolling, clicks, and session replays of how the site is used. Form fields and keyboard input are masked by Clarity's default behaviour. Used to find usability problems.
- Customer chat (Microsoft Customer Connect). If you open the chat, the conversation and any details you share are processed by Microsoft on our behalf so our team can respond.
- Contact details you send us. If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the correspondence to handle your enquiry and any resulting project.
- Theme preference. Your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser's local storage only. It never leaves your device.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
- We do not run advertising or ad-tracking pixels on this site.
- We do not collect payment details through this website.
Your choices and rights
You can browse with analytics blocked (browser settings, content blockers, or Google's opt-out tools) — the site works fully without them. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
To exercise any of these rights, email hi@eurovistatech.com with the subject line "Data request". We respond within 30 days.
Data retention and processors
Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention controls. Clarity recordings are retained by Microsoft for up to 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to service your enquiry and meet legal obligations. Our processors are Google (analytics) and Microsoft (usage insights, chat, email infrastructure).
Changes
We will update this page when our data practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
