Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026. These terms govern quotes, orders, and projects placed with EuroVista Dynamics (CAC 8855309) through eurovistatech.com, WhatsApp, email, or in person. By confirming a quote or paying a deposit, you agree to these terms. Questions: hi@eurovistatech.com.

1. Quotes and proposals

Quotes and itemised proposals are estimates based on the brief you provide (site type, scope, location, and timing) and current supplier pricing, freight rates, and exchange conditions. A quote is not binding until you confirm it in writing (email or WhatsApp is sufficient) and, where applicable, pay the agreed deposit. Prices may change before confirmation if underlying costs change; we will notify you before proceeding if that happens.

2. Deposits and payment

Customers pay EuroVista in Nigerian Naira. We coordinate supplier payment, freight, customs, and delivery on your behalf — you do not need to hold or transact in foreign currency. Deposit amounts and payment milestones are set out in your itemised proposal.

All payments should be made to EuroVista Dynamics' officially provided bank details only. We will never ask you to pay a supplier, agent, or third party directly. If you receive a request to do so in our name, do not pay — contact us to verify before sending any funds.

3. Deposit protection guarantee

If EuroVista is unable to deliver your order due to our fault — for example, failure to source, verify, or ship the agreed equipment or vehicle after your deposit is paid — you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. This guarantee covers failures within our control.

It does not cover delays or non-delivery caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: force majeure (natural disasters, war, civil unrest), Nigerian customs or regulatory action, third-party manufacturer or supplier default, port congestion or shipping disruption, or a change in your own requirements after confirmation. In these cases, we will work with you in good faith on rescheduling, a partial refund, or a credit toward a future order, as appropriate to the situation. To request a refund under this guarantee, email hi@eurovistatech.com with your order reference; we respond within 5 business days.

4. Timelines

Delivery and installation timelines given in a proposal (for example, typical lead times for vehicle orders or solar installation schedules) are estimates based on current factory, port, and customs conditions at the time of quoting. They are not guaranteed completion dates unless explicitly stated as such in writing. We will keep you informed of material changes to an agreed timeline as soon as we become aware of them.

5. Cancellations

You may request to cancel a confirmed order before we have committed funds to a supplier or shipment, in which case your deposit is refunded in full. Once we have paid a supplier, placed a shipment, or committed non-recoverable costs on your behalf, cancellation refunds are limited to the amount we can recover from the relevant supplier or carrier, less any costs already incurred (inspection, freight booking fees, customs pre-clearance work). We will always disclose the recoverable amount before finalising a cancellation.

6. Warranties

Vehicles and equipment sourced through EuroVista carry the original manufacturer's warranty, where one applies; warranty terms (duration, coverage, and claim process) are confirmed at the time of quoting and vary by brand and product. EuroVista's own installation and workmanship (for solar and ICT projects) is covered under the SLA terms stated in your specific proposal or maintenance contract, where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

EuroVista's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business income or lost profits) except where such liability cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Terms in effect at the time you confirm an order govern that order, even if these terms are later updated.
